Seeking individual with strong marketing and sales experience and ability to lead a team of sales representatives or marketing specialists.
Key Functions:
Responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to meet forecasts and corporate objectives.
Develop and manage marketing operating budgets.
Oversee market research and analyze current trends.
Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
Adjust marketing strategies to account for changing market conditions and competitor actions.
Direct market channel development, coordinate sales distribution and establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for sales representatives.
Required Competencies:

years experience in business to business sales or marketing activities for machinery.
Education:
Technical degree or equivalent experience.
Competitive compensation with starting salary to $130,000 with end of year bonus. Full company paid benefits including medical, dental and vision are available immediately.
