We are a collaboration of over 35 people, but we need someone who wants to be the definition of what Sandlot is to all of the customers of our Bay City location.
When the general public thinks of Sandlot they are going to think of you.
We need someone with a passion for helping customers.
Sandlot is looking for someone that can regularly create an exceptional customer experience by engaging with customers, completing transactions and delivering a clean, neat, and easy to shop environment.
We are custom apparel decorators and every customer is uniquely different, so each day is completely different.
Job Summary Acts as liaison between the customer and the production departments.
Receives customer print inquiries concerning prospective, current, and past orders.
Maintains daily update of production schedule and keeps customer informed about status of their job by performing the following duties personally.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Talks with customers by phone or in person about printing requirements and collects production print specification for printing job.
Enters orders into production software, detailing perimeters of print job, cost, customer information, etc.
Coordinates the handling of customer pre-press material and specifications to print job.
Coordinates the preparation of all written quotes and proposals.
Maintains daily update of production schedule, noting any deviations.
Handles phone inquiries for job status, estimates, orders, changes, and complaints.
Keeps customer informed about job status and problems.
Provides customers with quotes on prospective orders.
Keeps up-to-date on apparel available to sell to customers.
Assists in the collection of past due invoices.
Assists in fulfilling online orders.
Assists in receiving PO when shipped to alternative locations.
Responsible for counting cash drawer, accepting and entering payments, etc.
Checking voicemail/messages.
Calling customers daily when orders ready for pickup and recalling after orders have been there a week.
Responsible for organizing catalogs and making sure they are up-to-date and all in store.
