Costing and Customer Service Supervisor General Description:
Coordination of customer service activities requiring and the handling of customer accounts Exemplary Duties/
Responsibilities:
Responsible for order placement, quotations and launching Internal Work orders.
Correlate production and shipping in relation to the customers stated requirements and inform customer of schedule changes, product changes, if needed and secure adequate lead time.
Help CSR with inquiries concerning order status and complaints; referring technical issues to appropriate personnel.
Verify confirming orders, and update information on customer's portal.
Help CSR upon request for return material requests (RMA) and issuance of credits after proper approval.
Key information into computer for order entry, quotations, invoicing, correspondence and various reports.
Compile mailings for literature.
Put together internal packets and shipping documents when they are completed.
Scan sales order packets into docuware.
Scan work order packets into docuware.
Minimum
Qualifications:
One to three years related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Candidate must have strong communication skills, detailed oriented with high degree of accuracy, and ability to multitask.
Strong computer skills, and good proficiency in excel is required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
