- Assist with the construction and renovation of buildings and other structures - Load and unload construction materials and tools - Operate hand and power tools as directed by the construction team - Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and compact earth to prepare for construction - Clean and maintain construction sites, including removing debris and hazardous materials - Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) - Assist with the installation of construction components, such as pipes, electrical wiring, and insulation - Perform general labor tasks as assigned by the construction supervisor Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required - Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods of time - Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment - Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment - Willingness to follow instructions and learn new skills on the job - Valid driver's license is a plus Join our team of dedicated construction professionals!
