Your primary focus will be to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
You will work closely with other IT team members to ensure a smooth and efficient IT infrastructure, enabling the company's employees to perform their tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:
Helpdesk Support:
Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, or in-person and assist end-users in resolving technical issues promptly and professionally.
These issues may include hardware problems, software errors, network connectivity, or login/authentication problems.
Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution:
Analyze and diagnose technical problems to identify the root cause of issues.
Implement appropriate solutions or escalate to senior IT staff when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of support requests and their resolutions.
Installation and Configuration:
Assist in setting up and configuring hardware and software, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
Install and update software applications, operating systems, and drivers as needed.
User Account Management:
Manage user accounts, passwords, and access rights in various systems.
Ensure security protocols are followed, and access permissions are properly granted or revoked.
Basic Network Support:
Provide basic network support, including troubleshooting network connectivity issues, assisting with Wi-Fi setup, and helping users connect to the corporate network.
System Maintenance:
Perform routine system maintenance tasks, such as system updates, disk cleanup, and backup management.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT assets, procedures, and support tickets.
Contribute to the knowledge base to facilitate efficient problem-solving and knowledge sharing.
Customer Service:
Deliver excellent customer service to internal users, ensuring that all interactions are conducted with a positive and helpful attitude.
Adherence to IT Policies:
Adhere to the company's IT policies, procedures, and security standards.
Assist in educating end-users about IT best practices and security protocols.
Continuous Learning:
Stay updated with the latest IT technologies, trends, and best practices to improve knowledge and skills continuously.
Qualifications and Skills:
A degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems.
