The Production Supervisor is responsible for the production of high-quality food while maintaining kitchen functions efficiently.
Ensures that all food prepared is savory, appealing, and food safe.

Monday through Friday 8:

Essential Functions/
Responsibilities:
Supervising kitchen staff Knowledge of kitchen equipment and its maintenance needs Ensure that the taste and temperature of all items leaving the kitchen meets or exceed standards.
Record keeping of temperature logs, production sheets, and recipes.
Time food production such that all food is ready at the time of service.
Always utilize safe food handling techniques.
Effective communication with all levels of food service staff The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Minimum of 2 years of food service experience Some management experience preferred.
