Successful Member Services Representatives must have the willingness to learn the intricacies of our business and the ability to problem solve and think critically on the spot.
Our company is built upon always providing the best customer service to our Members.
This means that our Member Services Representatives must be willing to actively listen to requests made by our members along with helping to find logical solutions to issues that they are having with their membership.
The Member Services team work closely together to solve our member issues as well as provide support to each other, working well in a group setting is crucial to this role.
Key Responsibilities Handle all incoming telephone calls and route them appropriately.
Respond to all inquiries for information or for reservations from members and guests.
Get all information required for each booking.
Maintain excellent member relationships.
Deal with guests and members professionally and with emphasis on high quality customer service.
Be able to resolve minor conflicts or misunderstandings with members and guests.
Read and comply with all company policies and written communication.
Job Requirements High School Education or equivalent and at least 1 year of customer service experience (hotel/resort guest service experience is a plus) is required for candidates to be considered for this position.
Be an enthusiastic, helpful and positive member of the team.
Be self-motivated and use time wisely.
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
