Costing and Customer Service Supervisor General Description:
Coordination of sales activities requiring direct contact with customers, product managers, field sales personnel and the handling of customer accounts Exemplary Duties/
Responsibilities:
Responsible for order placement, quotations, price and delivery of product from customers via e-mail, telephone, mail, or facsimile.
Correlate production and shipping in relation to the customers stated requirements and inform customer of schedule changes, product changes, if needed and secure adequate lead time.
Answer and initiate inquiries concerning order status and complaints; referring technical issues to appropriate personnel.
Verify confirming orders, and update information on customer's portal.
Responsible for return material requests (RMA) and issuance of credits after proper approval.
Key information into computer for order entry, quotations, invoicing, correspondence and various reports.
Compile mailings for literature.
Confer with other supervisory or managerial personnel to recommend changes in order to avoid recurring customer complaints.
As direct meet or visit with customers along with product managers.
Continually improve and monitor quality through product delivery, conformance and performance.
Lead daily Contract Review Meeting Communication with customer/feedback of customer satisfaction.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Suggested one year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Candidate must have strong communication skills, detailed oriented with high degree of accuracy, and ability to multitask.
Strong computer skills, and good proficiency in excel is required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
