As a sales associate in Vegetable and Flower Seeds, Garden Supplies, Wild Bird Supplies and many other departments-- you can make someone's day better.
You'll find that being a sales associate will keep you moving.
It's up to you to work with multiple supervisors and fellow associates, stock shelves, and answer tricky questions -- you may even have to pitch in to help check out customers and take internet orders.
The more you know about the store, the more successful you'll be.
Duties and Responsibilities Walk up to 5 miles each day 40 hours per week Zone merchandise to help provide a clean store for our customers Provide customer assistance Smile, greet, and thank customers with a positive attitude Checkout customers to provide a fast service and a good experience.
Possesses excellent customer service skills Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs Possesses strong organizational skills with attention to detail Capable of handling multiple tasks at one time Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations Possesses strong communication skills Capable of lifting heavy objects Works effectively with peers and supervisors to accomplish tasks Retail customer experience preferred Job Type:
