Quick Apply Part-time 2 hours ago Full Job Description We are looking for a clinical social worker (LMSW or LLMSW) to provide direct clinical services to the elderly and disabled in afc home and assisted living settings.
Sw is responsible for facilitating group and 1:
1 sessions utilizing interactive tools such as art, crafts, activities, and strength based skills.
SW will also be responsible for session documentation and assisting in completing assessments.
Candidate must have experience with the disabled and/or elderly population and be willing to actively engage with clients.
SW should be proficient in clinical assessments of clients and groups and have experience with EMR systems.
The ideal candidate will be positive, energetic, creative, loves what they do, and will not compromise when it comes to providing the highest quality of care and kindness to our clients.
Must enjoy working with the disabled and our seniors! Position will average 25-30 hrs/week with a flexible Monday through Thursday schedule.

Candidate must be willing to drive to every facility we servic.
Most of the schedule is in Bay City and Saginaw.
Position pays $40/hr Bonuses are given twice a year.
We also recognize Employee of the Year, Team of the Year, and Employee of the Quarter.
Dental, Vision, PTO and 401k are available with this position.
BCBS is available at 20 hrs/week.
